Harry Styles Officially Revives the ‘Banana Song’

In 2021, Harry Kinds unveiled the “Banana Tune” onstage in Nashville, Tenn., warping the lyrics to “Watermelon Sugar” to shout out a fan within the viewers dressed as, you guessed it, a banana.

The candy second was a hilarious inside joke amongst Kinds’ followers, affectionately often called Harries, who since then, typically go to his exhibits dressed as varied produce to catch the Grammy winner’s consideration.

On Tuesday (Mar. 7), it labored. Whereas acting at Mt Good Stadium in Auckland, New Zealand, Kinds broke out into the “Banana Tune” as soon as once more after recognizing just a few followers dressed because the yellow fruit. “She’s dressed as a banana / She’s dressed as a banana / Aye, aye aye,” he’s seen singing joyfully in a viral video posted by a fan to TikTok. Kinds then sees just a few extra banana-dressed attendees and sings, “There’s two extra bananas / Aye, aye, aye / One, two, three, 4 bananas / I can see a fifth banana.”

The “Banana Tune” quickly acquired an prolonged remix, because of some veggies within the viewers. “There’s two individuals dressed up as peas / There’s two individuals dressed up as peas,” he sings, pointing to followers. “Is there anybody dressed as an aubergine? / Is there anybody dressed as an aubergine? / No, no, no, there’s not, there’s not an aubergine.”

Kinds has only in the near past wrapped his Love on Tour dates in Australia and New Zealand, and will probably be heading to Asia within the subsequent few weeks, stopping in Thailand, the Philippines, South Korea, Japan and extra.
