Born out of the wild world of heavy metal, where drum solos are the currency of the land and guitar riffs rule supreme, is Kronowski, the creation of the multi-talented maestro Adam Kronowski. Imagine this: an alumnus of Berklee College of Music fighting mental illness and OCD while mastering a variety of instruments and genres, from reggaeton to heavy metal. That’s a plot twist that would make Hollywood green with envy!
Ever since the release of “The Pyre,” a song that amassed more Spotify plays than a waterfall, Kronowski has been quietly arranging his takeover of the metal scene. They made an impression with “Crimson,” but with “Amber,” they’re poised to light the world on fire—figuratively speaking, of course.
Adam Kronowski is the entire damn orchestra, not just the guy who writes the music. Playing every instrument, producing the entire thing, and yelling lyrics that would probably rock psychiatric textbooks to their core, he sounds like the metal equivalent of a superhero. Avengers, get over here!
Now, “Amber” isn’t your normal record for metal. It’s an auditory journey spanning heavy metal, punk, reggaeton, and even a country-infused Wild West diversion. It’s similar to a musical buffet where you discover that, up until now, you’ve been craving metal with a hint of twang. The masters of metal, Dennis Ward and Mika Jussila, work their magic on the record, making it so polished you can almost see your own reflection in it.
Not only that, but the one and only ZANE directed a live-action music video. A video directed by someone whose name sounds like it belongs on a secret agent dossier, after all, says metal like nothing else.
It makes sense that the fans are ecstatic. Kronowski was even hailed by one fan as the musical progeny of Sabaton and Powerwolf, destined to rule the metal world. A bold prediction from another fan is that “Amber” will become a required class within a year. Beethoven, get out of here. Kronowski is here.
Some discovered this marvel of metal by accident; one fan even admitted that after finishing their metal playlist, Kronowski’s music began to play automatically. It seems as though the cosmos itself chose to play a different song on shuffle and bestow it upon them. A blessing in disguise—a different sound and vibe.
The question that keeps coming up in the metal corridors, though, is this one: Why are these guys not more well-known already? We want answers to this mystery, which is on par with the Bermuda Triangle!
“Amber” is now available on all major streaming platforms, so if you haven’t updated your playlist already, you’re missing out on an incredible musical journey. Metalheads, get ready for Kronowski to rewrite the rules of what it means to rock on!
