GHANA — DogSled Music Group and Jungle House Events successfully brought together music industry professionals, artists, producers, executives, marketers and technology innovators for the U.S. & Ghana Music AI & Distribution Symposium 2026, a dynamic forum focused on the future of artificial intelligence, music creation, intellectual property, marketing, monetization and global distribution.

Held at the DogSled Music Group Headquarters in Ghana, the symposium created an important bridge between international entertainment expertise and Ghana’s rapidly growing creative economy. The event was designed to equip artists, producers, songwriters, content creators and industry professionals with practical knowledge to help transform local talent into globally competitive brands and intellectual property assets.

The symposium featured a distinguished group of speakers representing both the United States and Ghana. The panel included Ms. Veda Smith, Emmy Award-winning and Grammy-nominated producer and CEO of DogSled Music Group and DogSled African Radio; C-Tea Beats, Grammy Award-winning producer, singer and songwriter; Thornell Jones Jr., an entertainment marketing executive with extensive Grammyrelated experience; Jude Ameworlor, specializing in marketing, social media and artist development; and Kwesi Hayfond, President of Esports Ghana and an AI creative designer.

Throughout the program, speakers addressed the opportunities and challenges emerging from artificial intelligence and its growing influence on the global music industry. Discussions explored the use of AI music platforms such as Suno and Udio, while also examining how creators can strategically integrate new technology into their creative and commercial processes.

Additional topics included intellectual property protection, social media monetization, artist development, sync licensing, multiple revenue streams, music marketing and preparing artists and music professionals for international recognition. Attendees received insight into how social media engagement can be converted into business opportunities and how creators can build more sustainable careers beyond traditional music sales and performances.

More than a seminar, the U.S. & Ghana Music AI & Distribution Symposium represented a strategic conversation about the future infrastructure of Africa’s entertainment industry. The event brought together celebrities, record label owners and industry executives who play a significant role in shaping Ghana’s creative economy and the next generation of African entertainment businesses.

The symposium also reinforced the importance of international collaboration. As African music and culture continue to expand their global influence, creators must increasingly understand the business systems behind ownership, licensing, technology, distribution and audience development.

Building on the momentum of the Music AI & Distribution Symposium, DogSled Music Group and Jungle House Events will continue the conversation with the AI TV & Film Symposium, at the DogSled Music Group Headquarters in Community 1, Tema.

The message from the U.S. & Ghana Music AI & Distribution Symposium was clear: the future of entertainment is global, technology-driven and increasingly interconnected—and African creatives must be prepared to own, protect, monetize and distribute their work on a worldwide stage.
